Wild West Charcoal – Refund Policy

Our goal at Wild West Charcoal is to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds or replacements may be issued.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (charcoal, seasonings, cleaners, and related items), all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of used, opened, or partially used products.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, when appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same item

  • Store credit

  • Refund to your original payment method

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Wild West Charcoal is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges unless the item was received damaged or defective.
