When I was five years old, I went on my first hunting trip with my father. That day, he taught me how to prepare our catch, start a fire, and grill our dinner over natural charcoal embers right at the campsite. I fell in love with the process—the smell of the wood, the crackle of the fire, and the incredible flavour that only comes from real charcoal. From that moment on, I knew this was something I would carry with me forever.
That childhood memory inspired the mission behind Wild West Charcoal & Seasoning: to bring that same experience, that same feeling of freedom and authenticity, to your backyard, campsite, or restaurant.
